Are you from a Project Coordination, Operations Coordination, Engineering Coordination or similar background, looking for a varied and autonomous role where you will take ownership of multiple live projects for a growing engineering business?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding engineering group where you will play a key role in coordinating projects and operations across two specialist businesses, with a comprehensive handover provided to get you up to speed.

This company is a growing group of specialist engineering and manufacturing businesses supplying technical equipment, services and engineering solutions to industrial customers across the UK. Due to maternity leave, they are looking for an experienced Coordinator to join their operations team.

In this role you will coordinate multiple live projects, managing schedules, engineering availability, materials and suppliers to ensure work progresses smoothly from order through to completion. You will work closely with customers, engineers and the wider operations team, alongside supporting a range of day to day operational requirements.

This role would suit someone from a Project Coordination, Operations Coordination or similar background who is highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities and looking for a varied role within an engineering environment.

The Role:

• Coordinate multiple live projects from order through to completion
• Manage schedules, engineering availability, materials and suppliers
• Work closely with customers, engineers and operational teams
• Fixed term contract until March 2028

The Person:

• Project Coordination, Operations Coordination, Engineering Coordination or similar experience
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Able to work autonomously and keep projects progressing
• Full driving licence
