In this role, you will have full responsibility for the efficient running of the production department & machinery. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee preventative & reactive repairs and installations of a variety of equipment, streamline processes, conduct continuous improvements projects, reduce costings, maximize output & effectivity & look after stock control, whilst ensuring KPIS are met, downtime is minimized & orders are delivered on time.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior production engineer looking to move in to a managerial level role, or an experienced production manager looking for an autonomous, highly technical position where you can add real value to a growing company through the next stages of their growth.

Candidates must have previous experience within this sector as it is a senior position in the business & you will be a dynamic leader, with a future focused approach & you will be able to drive change & improvements in an exciting solutions-based position.
