In this role you will take ownership of mechanical construction projects from preconstruction and design coordination through procurement, installation, commissioning and closeout.

The Role:

• Manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish
• Take responsibility for project budgets, schedules, labor and material performance
• Coordinate with General Contractors, owners, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams
• Review designs, specifications, submittals and equipment requirements
• Coordinate procurement, material take-offs and project delivery
• Support commissioning, startup, troubleshooting and project closeout
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

The Person:

• Project Management experience within construction
• Must have some exposure to HVAC systems and understand the HVAC construction / commissioning process
• Experience working with General Contractors, owners and subcontractors
• Strong commercial and technical understanding
• Well organized, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of projects
