Are you a Sales Executive with a passion for sailing, looking to combine your commercial experience with your personal interests whilst joining a specialist company offering product training and long-term progression?

On offer is a highly varied and autonomous role where you will develop relationships with dealers, distributors and end users across the sailing industry, with the flexibility to split your time between customer visits, home and the company office.

This company are specialists within the Marine industry, they are now looking to expand their sales team as they continue to grow their presence within the market.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for developing new and existing B2B relationships, product training will be provided allowing you to combine your sales ability with your understanding and enthusiasm for sailing.

This position would suit someone from a sales background with a genuine knowledge and interest in sailing, looking for an autonomous hybrid position offering specialist product training and long-term career opportunities.

The Role:

• B2B sales across the sailing / marine industry
• Hybrid role covering customer visits, home and office working

The Person:

• Sales experience from any industry
• Genuine sailing knowledge / experience
• Commutable to Whitstable
