Are you an experienced SHEQ Manager with experience on large manufacturing sites, looking a prestigious and senior level position for a large heavy engineering group? The salary/package offers reflects the senior level of the role.

This will be a challenging role where you can make a difference. The business are renowned for investing in their sites and safety/best practice is fundamental to what they do.

The role will be based at the Northern Ireland site but will also have some responsibilities for the sister site in Northern Scotland and occasionally will require travel to this site.

This will be a wide ranging role to ensure the highest Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental standards across the sites.

The Role

1. Full time permanent role with a large multi site company in the engineering/manufacturing sector
2. Role will involve line management, strategic management, training, risk assessment work, audits and continuous improvement of the SHEQ function.
3. Policy review work
4. Occasional travel to Northern Scotland

The Person

1. Experience at a senior level within manufacturing
2. NEBOSH diploma or other suitable H & S qualification
3. Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ideally ISO 14001 and ISO 9000
4. Experience of Health and Safety policy management
