Are you an Electrician with your 2391 and solar experience who is looking to step up to Qualified Supervisor level in a small, close-knit team, where you will have the opportunity to work across wider renewable energy technologies

The company are an established electrical services business delivering solar PV, battery installation and EV works across Farnborough and the surrounding area. They are part of a wider national group with big ambitions and this is a brand-new role which can offer great long-term stability and progression.

In this role you will take ownership of solar projects from a technical and compliance standpoint, working towards holding QS status for the business. You will work independently on site and turn your hand to whatever the week demands, with the support and training to move into the Qualified Supervisor position.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Electrician holding their 2391 Test & Inspection with hands-on solar experience behind them, who is ready to take the next step in their career. They need to be commutable to Farnborough and have a full UK driving licence.

If you are an Electrician looking to progress to Qualified Supervisor level and grow with a company as it expands, all whilst working a local patch, this is the position for you.

The Role:

* Working across solar PV installations, progressing into the Qualified Supervisor role
* Managing three to four solar jobs per week
* Working independently on site with the flexibility of a hybrid arrangement
* Local patch with most work in the Farnborough area
* Training and progression into QS status and wider renewable technologies

The Candidate:

* Qualified Electrician
* 2391 Test & Inspection
* Hands-on solar PV experience
* Looking to progress to Qualified Supervisor level
* Commutable to Farnborough and full UK driving licence
