£45,000 - £55,000 + Further Career Progression + Full bespoke Industry Training

Office based with some Hybrid, Commutable from Evesham, Cheltenham, Ledbury, Cirencester, Churchdown, Gloucester, Kineton and surrounding areas

The Role:
*Overseeing the Workshop, Production and Small Service teams, whilst improving operational efficiency
*Working closely with the Managing Director to improve operational efficiency across the Engineering functions
*Full industry training and scope for career progression

The Person:
*Previous Engineering or Manufacturing leadership experience
